PRINCIPAL Charles K. Poor, MPA, CPA has 30 years of accounting, auditing, and tax. He founded the firm in 1994. Previously, he worked 10 years as an in-house finance manager for a local non-profit organization. Today, because of that background, the firm has a major focus on non-profit organizations that many CPA firms don't have. Charles personally participates in every audit, accounting, and tax engagement that the firm undertakes. He has a well diversified small business accounting and tax background. He has prepared over 5000 corporate and individual tax returns and has successfully represented dozens of clients before the IRS. Charles has a masters in public administration from Michigan State University .
